Társadalmi Egyeztetés is a civic initiative for social reform focused on public health and education. The Service ("we", "us", "our") is a tool that lets you connect your own social media accounts (such as TikTok and Facebook / Meta) and then create, schedule and publish educational and public‑awareness content to those accounts on your behalf. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information in that process. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian law, as well as the developer terms of the platforms we integrate with.

When you authorize the Service through a platform's official login (e.g. TikTok Login Kit or Meta Login), we receive only the information you consent to, which may include:
open_id / Meta user or Page ID);We request the minimum scopes necessary to provide the publishing feature and we do not request access to your private messages, contacts or unrelated data.
The videos, images, captions, hashtags and scheduling information you submit to be published.
Basic technical logs (timestamps, error messages, IP address of API requests) needed to operate, secure and debug the Service.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use data obtained from TikTok or Meta for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the publishing functionality you requested.
You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8).
Our use and transfer of information received from TikTok APIs and Meta APIs adhere to the respective platform developer policies, including the TikTok Developer Terms and Meta Platform Terms. Data received from these platforms is used solely to provide the features described in this policy and is not shared with third parties except as set out below.
We never sell or rent personal data.
We keep access tokens and connection data only for as long as your account remains connected and the Service is used. When you disconnect an account or request deletion, we delete the associated tokens and personal data without undue delay (typically within 30 days), except where retention is legally required. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and then deleted or anonymized.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
You can disconnect at any time by revoking the Service's access in your TikTok settings (Security & permissions → Manage app permissions) or Facebook settings (Settings → Business Integrations), which stops all further processing.
To request deletion of your data, email sensiatya@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will verify your request and delete your personal data as described in Section 7. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH).
Access tokens are stored securely and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
The Service is operated within the EU. Where a platform (e.g. TikTok, Meta) processes data outside the EEA, such transfers are governed by that platform's own safeguards and terms.
The Service is intended only for users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
These policy pages themselves do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any strictly necessary cookies used by the Service are limited to keeping you signed in and operating the Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
