Társadalmi Egyeztetés is a civic initiative for social reform focused on public health and education. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service — a tool that helps you publish and schedule your own educational and public‑awareness content to your connected social media accounts, including TikTok and Facebook / Meta (the "Service"). By connecting an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Service lets you connect your own social media accounts and then create, schedule and automatically publish educational and public‑awareness content (videos, images, captions) — supporting a social‑reform initiative on public health and education — to those accounts through the platforms' official APIs. The Service acts on your behalf and only performs the actions you authorize.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You are solely responsible for that content and represent that:
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, to publish content you are not authorized to post, to violate any platform's terms or rate limits, to circumvent platform security, or to engage in any unlawful or abusive activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (TikTok, Meta). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the platforms' availability, actions, or for any changes they make to their APIs, and we do not control how they process content once published.
The Service, including its software and design, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as described.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that publishing will always succeed or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of the content you publish or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal, security or operational reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted here. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law rules.
